Cardo is rewriting how companies and professionals connect, thanks to NFC-enabled digital business cards and smart networking solutions. We're looking for a Junior Sales Representative to grow our customer portfolio, primarily targeting companies and closing long-term contracts. This role is commission-based, offering uncapped earnings potential with strong incentives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B customers through prospecting, networking, and cold calls/emails.
- Present Cardo's solutions to decision-makers and propose offers tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Track and report sales progress using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and relationship building.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required - we value motivation first!
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
💰 Compensation : 10% commission on revenue, with extra bonuses for long-term contracts.
